| Prof. Paul A. Jensen passed away on April 4, 2011... Sadly, Prof. Paul A. Jensen passed away peacefully on April 4, 2011. Prof. Jensen was retired from the Mechanical Engineering Department of The University of Texas where he served in many capacities. He really enjoyed teaching and encouraging students to learn and was author of the book "Operations Research Models and Methods". The associated website http://www.me.utexas.edu/~jensen/ORMM/ contains useful Excel add-ins for OR, developed by Prof. Jensen, which he generously allowed to be freely downloaded. It has been announced that a staff member from University of Texas will take over the running of Prof. Jensen's website. |
